Question from Kristina: My 16month old is so restless sleeping, she has eczema and itches herself awake. She will wake almost every hour, once a night she will sleep for a 2 hr stretch. Im not sure how to help her sleep better and not always need to breast to sleep. Any help and advice would be so appreciated! Answer: Are you sure it’s the eczema that’s waking her? Or could it the fact that she needs to feed in order to sleep? I think it’s the feeding to sleep. Sleep training (The Michi Method) Is a great technique for children of all ages.
