Question from a follower: Im almost 34 weeks pregnant with my second pregnancy (singleton). I have 6 year old twins that were born via c-section due to presentation. My water broke at 36 weeks but both were transverse so off to the OR I went. I have really wanted to try VBAC this time and the OB group I see has several doctors. So far all have been pretty supportive of trying for a VBAC. A 30 week U/S revealed a double lobed placenta. One of the doctors kind of scared me when discussing how important it is to make sure both lobes are delivered and nothing is left behind. Another section would guarantee the entire placenta is removed... Any thoughts, experiences with a double lobed placenta and VBAC? I am a surrogate and would like to do this again so thats why if like to keep my C-section numbers low but I also have my own family to make sure Im healthy and well for. #Support
