Question that came up during locals tonight: Is Cyber Dragon Core treated as Cyber Dragon when face down and, if so, can you use him to contact fuse to make Chimeratech Fortress Dragon? I said yes to both as it does not state it needs to be face-up to be treated as Cyber Dragon and you obviously can fuse using face-down monsters as materials, I would like to confirm if I was correct or not, though. Cyber Dragon Core: When this card is Normal Summoned: Add 1 Cyber Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Cyber Dragon monster from your Deck. You can only use 1 Cyber Dragon Core effect per turn, and only once that turn. This cards name becomes Cyber Dragon while it is on the field or in the Graveyard.
