Quick question Who would be interested in more videos on this page? The content of which maybe answering your questions and/or maybe more gym tips on exercises of an instructional nature. I have had a lot of feedback on the posts on this page and that they of high quality and people enjoy the scientific nature but for some people the content is apparently too hard to digest and I have been asked a few times to dumb stuff down in private messages. Believe me when I say my posts are about as dumbed down as they can get; and thats not me being cheeky or insulting. I just simply cant explain anything in any more words or the length of posts is going to get to the point where no body bothers to read them in the first place. If people feel more videos would help then please say, or maybe even a combination of the two. I want to mould this page around the needs of the 30k who have clicked like and wanted this information.
