Quick question for you... It struck me over the weekend that there are many Franchised Instructors that are fearful of going Independent and many Independent Instructors who are fearful of growing a franchise...Obviously trying new things can be scary and risky. These sorts of fears and limiting beliefs can be removed and replaced with far more positive beliefs. As Henry Ford famously once said Whether You Think You Can Or You Cant You Are Right. Would it be of use to you if we put some material out there on getting in the right headspace to smash through your biggest goals and ambitions? In my experience getting clear on what you want and removing limiting beliefs makes stuff happen far easier and far quicker when you are in alignment with your goals.
