Isaiah 2:22 (MSG) A reminder that no matter how popular, powerful, rich, beautiful, smart, successful, kind, etc. someone is...they are still human and therefore NOT GOD. Isaiah reminds us that to put our hope in any person is a big mistake but that we must show grace when someone we trust messes up just as HE shows us (me) grace almost daily when we (I) mess up. Whos your Hero? If its not the God-of-angel-armies, as the Message states it, then disappointment is sure to follow.
