Every experience that we have in this time and place is somehow a stepping-stone to something else. Every moment is precious and every breath is bringing life, information, and energy into your being. That is why the last thing you will do is to breathe out and with that breath your soul flows out of your body and back into the oneness of all that is. I love this video because she is told when she is out of her body that the light is what happens when God breathes. And so as she is in the light she is standing in the breath of God. I love that idea and metaphor. What if right now, today, as you stand in the sunlight you saw that as standing in the breath of God? So that every day you are being bathed and energized with hope and love as you awake and move though your day and into the light.
