R.I.P Robert McKernan, you will not be forgotten. You were a great father I respected that the most about you. But you were also a great friend and one of the best human beings. What a lot of yall dont know is this man wore his heart on his sleeve...that was if he still had a sleeve bcuz the guy would literally give you the shirt off his back. He had no filter and he never changed face, he was himself always. Ive heard a lot of ppl reminiscing about him since his passing on and in every single one youll notice a pattern...ppl loved him, with much reason. Those of you that were blessed enough to know Rob not just the man he was and strived to be and the way he lived his life on earth, when you tell stories of him I want you to tell them what Im about to tell you. Rob went to the barber shop to get a fade like he did every time hed come back to Massillon after being gone sometimes from months on end working, while hes in the barber shop waiting to get cut he over hears his barber talking about hire he is short on rent and had ran into sine misfortune. And it wasnt bcuz he was announcing it to the world our bcuz he wanted some1 to feel bad fir him but Rob was just eat hustling, lol like he always did. He noticed things in life that most of us just block out or pass up running our own course in life...so Robby gets in the barber chair, as hes getting cut hes just telling stories about how life is working in the road and pretty much just talked his ear off and actually made him forget about his being short on the rent. Rob was do silly n funny when he wasnt trying to be. So he gets out the chair and daps up the barber...whom he had known for awhile but never really got to knewhim personally, until today bcuz for sum odd reason Rob had just opened up to the barber and went out of his way to not only get to know him bit leery him know who he was too. So Rob asks the barber what I owe you? The barber tells him 20$ bro...so whats Rob do? He gives him the $ that he was short on his rent. They exchanged numbers that day and were bros every since, the barber even offered to pay him cash back...but Rob being Rob would rather have free cuts so thats what he got. To those of you who knew him this doesnt surprise you, top those of you who didnt Im sorry you never got the chance bcuz you missed out on that. Robby I love you bro and ill try and be a help to you in sine way while Im still down here, nobody will ever harm your son or any of your loved ones and not have to answer to me and bunch of your other brothers you got down here. And I say down here bcuz I know your watching us all from up above...fly high my dude and I will see you when I get there. As Rib would always say when getting off the phone at the end of a call...One.
