RAINBOW TONIC HEALING CIRCLE MEDITATION ................... For anyone who is experiencing the pain of loss or wishes to be involved in sending someone some healing ...... just fill in the blank space with the names of those you want to send to, including yourself and if you like, PRESS LIKE TO BE PART OF THE CIRCLE .... this is open to anyone regardless of belief systems, just be open to sending intentional healing and it shall be ......... As we join together in this circle today we ask that all remember ______________ , today we send healing energy their way knowing that it will be received with love and thanks We will start by focussing on the flame of a candle nearby (or visualise one), look at the flame for a minute or two and start to calm yourself and begin to release any thoughts that are running through your mind at this time Begin to slow your breathing, taking note of each breath as you inhale and exhale Count to four as you breath in, then hold the breath for the count of two, then exhale Releasing all negative energy that you may be holding onto at this time Repeat this now, breathing in for the count of four, hold for two, then release, allowing your shoulders to drop and your body to relax Repeat this three times allowing all cares, worries and concerns to slowly drift away We ask that those within this circle acknowledge their presence now so that we may become at one within this healing process, joining together in love.... The circle now formed, ask the Creator (your god or any concept of such) to keep you safe spiritually, emotionally, physically and psychologically during this session and then thank them for doing so Now that we are feeling calm and comfortable, your entire body relaxed, we allow our mind to drift to a place of beauty, a place of peace where we are surrounded by those things we feel most at ease with This place may be sitting on a mountain top or in a field of wildflowers with an array of colours and fragrances, with a cool crystal clear stream running by you or a waterfall cascading down nearby or the sound of ocean waves rolling in What sort of birds, animals, different forms of nature are around you allowing you to feel close to mother earth and the Creator The day is clear and bright, with a soft breeze gently swirling around you Take some time now to visual this space for you, to feel at one with your surroundings, breathing in the colour and fragrances you see and smell, feeling totally at peace in this special place The sky above you is blue, with a scattering of soft, white clouds Now choose one of the clouds in the sky above you, look up at this cloud, you may wish to lay down whilst doing this Choose a colour that you need for your personal healing and well being now, it could be blue, green, pink ... allowing this colour to emerge for you Let this special cloud become filled with your chosen colour and start to shimmer with its coloured, sparkling light Allow the cloud to float over you, as it does, it will release its coloured shower Allowing a sweet, tinted mist to envelop you as it sparkles all around you Visualise your chosen colour as stars cascading in all directions The mist settles on your skin. It gently becomes absorbed through your skin until the colour has entered deep into your very core Allow the colour to completely saturate your system with its healing vibration Take some time now to feel it run through your body and bloodstream giving your body a therapeutic rainbow tonic wash Allow the pores of your skin to open so that the coloured vapour can escape, taking any toxins and negative emotions with it When the vapour runs clear, you can close your pores, now filled with healing, loving, glowing energy once more Now feeling relaxed, calm, renewed, we ask that you focus on the area of your heart chakra Feel the high loving vibration in this area and visualise a ball of healing green light emerging from this area See this green light as the bridge, the gateway in your spectrum of rainbow colours and the loving healing coloured energy you will now send out to the one in most need at this time Visualise this ball of green light travelling from your heart out into the universe and sent to ___________________________ at this time with love If you wish to share this loving healing with other loved ones ask that this also be done now Ask the Creator to protect this loving healing green energy on its journey and know that you are sending it for the higher good and with best intentions to help heal those in need See your healing energy released over _______________________ and other loved ones like a shower of shimmering sparkles of green loving energy surrounding them with warmth and peace Ask the Creator to assist in healing the physical, spiritual, psychological or emotional needs of this person at the time and thank the Creator for doing so Know that you are sharing this love for the goodness of all the universe at this time Once this has been completed, once again focus on your inner being, know that you are at peace within your soul and have been a part of great healing today Once again focus on your surroundings, taking a last view of your special place you created for yourself, know that you can return to this place at a time of your own choosing As a final prayer of thanks, ask the Creator (your god or concept of such) to continue to watch over __________________ , providing them with the strength of endurance and love during this time of need We now thank the Creator for all they have created in our surroundings, give thanks to our friends in this circle and ask that blessings be shared by all here today... Now taking a few deep breaths, i ask that you come back from your special place, feeling at peace and totally relaxed Once again in your chair in your own surroundings, taking a few minutes to reflect on your spiritual self, and coming back to us all when you are ready Thank you....
