The prices quoted must be inclusive of VAT and other charges where applicable. The tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at eh college reception so as to be received on or before 26th July 2013 at 12. 00 noon. The tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or representatives who wish to attend. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any tender either in whole or in part and is under no obligation to give its reasons thereof.
