RANDOM THOUGHT OF A PICKY HEART: New faces, over the same old lame... Old faces, tryna run new game Its just a test... You get tired of people who are only interested in you meeting their need for the moment... but have no intention of meeting any of yours. You get tired of shallow people that want you to conform to them... and throw away all of yourself in the process You get tired of people that want you to compromise your morals... just so they can use you. You get tired of people who want you to lower your standards... but have no intention of,meeting them no matter how low they go. You get tired of people who want you to jump through their hoops to be with them... but wont even wiggle a toe to be with you. You get tired of people who want you to accept their shortcomings... but have no patience or understanding for yours. You get tired of people who are attracted to your face and body... but have no real interest in your heart and mind. And you get down right FED DA FUGG UP with people who play MIND GAMES and lie. But when you know better you do better, you eventually learn to spot these people when they come your way, and because you are TRULY tired.... you dont even wanna be bothered, so you Dont.... thats when God sends the RIGHT one for you, because He knows that NOW you can recognize them, and most importantly, you wont let any of those other smooth talking pump fakers get in the way. I passed the test, failed the follow up, but nailed the final exam.... and the degree I earned in PEACE was well worth it, I wont give it up to take those classes again.
