Employees. • Equal pay and allowances for equal work. • Time scale promotion, effective since year 2001 to stop corruption, injustice and harassment. • Freedom from exploitation. • Restoration of allowances, which are withdrawn now, e.g. Provision of reimbursement of lodging expenses while shifting to another city on transfer.
