Several months ago Joseph showed a piece of property in Candler/Tattnall counties to me as a result of my giving him certain parameters for investment property I was looking to purchase. After multiple offerings and one unsuccessful property inspection, he continued to pursue and produce listings from the MLS. I was impressed that he never appeared to be discouraged and remained very positive after each rejection. On Friday, the 11th , we expect to close on the acquisition of the Candler/Tattnall property.
