RBZ governor urges utilisation of loan facilities: The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe governor, Dr. John Mangudya, has stressed the need for beneficiaries of government loan facilities and empowerment schemes to be productive and utilise assets to create value for the economy. Dr. Mangudya was the keynote speaker during the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Debt Assumption Bill Meeting in the capital, where he said it was unfortunate that some of the beneficiaries of the mechanisation and inputs scheme failed to utilise the assets to be benefit of the economy.
