RE:USE OF CHOPPER BY TIMBILWET For those who followed closely the NMG Gorvenors Summit that was held in The Great Rift Lodge in Naivasha,one of the key speakers during the Summit Dr.Kipngetich,formerly of KWS told the gorvenors that communication and availability is Key in their functions as county CEOs. He singlehandedly advised them to use choppers if possible to allow for efficient movement since counties cover vast areas. Therefore I wish to congratulate Timbilwet for having heed that advise and today he was able to tranverse 3 counstituencies courtesy of using a chopper. Bomet Peoples Gorvenor Isaac Rutto I believe realised this quite early and that is why he is still being felt on the ground. Timbilwet is therefore treading on the right direction. I even wonder when some people critic our gorvenor yet when Senator Keter,our DP and the rest use choppers no eyebrows are raised. Lets avoid hypocrisy and doublespeak.And if we are to judge our leaders lets use the same scale for all of them.
