I was the very opposite of all that. Women of all walks of life, all races/religions/languages/status/educated&non-educated/low or high self-esteem can be a victim of abuse/be it mental/emotional/physical or all of the above+more. Be aware and always offer your support to someone you suspect/know is being abused. If youre being abused, do not stay, it never gets better and if it does, remember... that time will come again.
