REASON #7 TO RE-ELECT JUDGE LAMZ: He prioritizes serving the community. In addition to operational improvements such as creating a more service-oriented focus for Court staff, he has acquired land to add parking spaces to make the Courthouse more accessible for users; he has streamlined the accounting system; and, was the first to implement online payment of routine traffic tickets on the Northshore. He is in the process of implementing a system to allow online access to the Clerk of Court’s records by attorneys and citizens (except for confidential juvenile cases). But it goes beyond the walls of the Court – it also includes the incredible partnership with the city’s “Keep Slidell Beautiful” program. (Yes, that’s Judge Lamz in the first picture, joining in the effort to pick up trash!)
