RECIPE : CHOCO LAVA CAKE INGREDIENTS : 125 gms Plain Chocolate ,Broken into pieces 1 tbsp Cocoa powder + for dusting 1/2 cup Refined flour /maida + for dusting 9 tbsp unsalted butter +for greasing 4 eggs 6 tbsp powdered Sugar 1/2 tsp Baking powder METHOD : 1) Melt the chocolate with butter in mocrowave on HIGH for 1 min .Remove and keep on stirring. 2) Preheat the oven to 180` / 350`F. Grease the muffin moulds . 3) Break the eggs in another bowl .Add powdered sugar and blend with a hand blender or hand beater till light and frothy .Add cocoa powder and mix it slowly. 4) Add the melted chocolate into the above mixture and mix it. 5) Add the maida and baking powder to it .and blend till smooth. 6) Pour in muffin moulds .do not fill upto the top . 7) Place in the oven and bake for 7 - 8 min . or till done 8) Serve hot .
