RECIPE FOR RAMEN CHICKEN SOUP with MAMA LU’S RUM FLAVOURED SHRIMP INGREDIENTS: 2 PKS RAMEN CHICKEN SOUP. 2 TBS CHOPPED ESCALLION. 2 TBS CHOPPED CILANTRO. ¼ TSP FINELY CHOPPED SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER (OPTIONAL). 6 MEDIUM STALK SLICED PAK CHOY. 6 CUPS WATER. 1 SERVING (18MED-LARGE SHRIMP) MAMA LU’S RUM FLAVOURED SHRIMP. Serves 4. DIRECTIONS: Bring 6 cups of water to boil,add 1 ½ pks of Ramen season sachet and 1tbs of chopped escallion allow to cook for 2 minutes,Then add noodles let cook for 4 minutes,remove noodles and share in 4 individual soup bowls. Add MAMA LU’S RUM FLAVOURED SHRIMP ,1 Tbs Cilantro,1/4 tsp scotch bonnet pepper(optional) and Sliced Pak Choy to soup. Add remaining ½ pk of season sachet to soup if needed (season to taste).Let cook for 2 minutes and remove from stove .Share soup and 1Tbs of chopped escallion equally to noodles .
