RECOGNIZE THE HOLY SPIRIT IN YOUR LIFE John 14:26 But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you. Glory!, any time I read this scripture I keep on shouting, thanking Jesus for not leaving us alone. When you become born gain, your spirit becomes the residence of the Holy Spirit. Your body becomes the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit-1 Corinthians 6:19"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. You are already full of the Holy Spirit. Many times some Christians pray to God to fill or to pure out His spirit on them, it’s not like that, you are asking God to give you what you already have. The challenge hear is that these Christians don’t know that the Holy Spirit is in them and therefore do not recognize His presence in their life. They are using their sense (what they think is good) to control their life not allowing the Holy Spirit to do His Job. The Job of the Holy Spirit is to counsel (to defend you in times of trouble), help you (when you need help), intercede on you behave, to support you in every area of your life, to give you strength when you are weak, serve as standby (to keep you on track) and to remind you all the benefit and promises of God to you. All you have to do is recognized His presence in you and allow Him to do his work. Complains stop the Holy Spirit to do His work and also the words you say makes him ineffective in your life. When you say I don’t have anybody to help me, it means you have ignored the Holy Spirit and he can’t help you. When you face with challenges ,you need to say the Holy Spirit is my helper, therefore am being helped. This means you have invited the Holy Spirit to take over that situation. Stop running to people for help, invite the Holy Spirit, His job is to send right People to help you. Stop telling people about your issues they can’t help you, talk to your helper. If you are looking for job, marriage or any help just talk to the Holy Spirit. Confession: Thank you father for sending the Holy Spirit to leave in me, Holy Spirit you are my Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby. Therefore I lack nothing in Jesus Name. Amen
