RECOVERED STOLEN FIGHTING COCKS A concerned citizen of this town informed Ocampo MPS apparently that suspicious fighting cocks was seen carried by one Melvin Librando Y Soriano of Brgy La Purisima, Ocampo, Camarines Sur inside a sack and been brought to their residence at same brgy. Immediately, OOA 7:30 PM of 21 January 2015 elements of Ocampo MPS under the supervision of PCI GILBERT E. REMO-ACOP conducted follow-up operation at said reported area and was able to recover seven (7) alive and one (1) dead fighting cocks at the residence of Domingo Librando y Clemen (Father of Melvin). During investigation said fighting cocks were stolen at the farm of Ex-Mayor Gil Basmayor of Minalabac, Camarines Sur last 20 January 2015 by Melvin Librando Y Soriano, whose whereabouts cannot be located. Said fighting cocks were brought at Ocampo MPS and later on turned-over to the owner (Gil Basmayor). Criminal charges will be filed against the suspects in the MPS were the incident happened.
