#RECRUITMENT | #Egypt | #CEO #Executive #Assistant | Deadline: 20 December 2014 1. General Responsibilities: 1.1. The Executive Assistant maintains a one-on-one working relationship and reports directly to the CEO. 1.2. The Executive Assistant is the major focal point for internal and external communication on all matters relating to the CEO Office. 1.3. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams. 1.4. Organizes and coordinates executive relations efforts and special projects. 1.5. Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: efficiently managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. 1.6. Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with the Board of Directors , Subsidiaries Managing Directors, Senior Management Team, Associates and others. 1.7. Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, or response. 2. Minimum Qualifications 2.1. Bachelor Degree from an accredited university with a minimum of ten years of relevant work experience. 2.2. MBA, Master Degree is necessary. 2.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint is necessary. 2.4. Experience working with a membership database, archiving and indexing software. 2.5.
