REGARDING MARTHA KU DE FLETCHERS VIDEO MESSAGE I have viewed the video with Martha Ku de Fletcher and am encouraged to find that she is becoming personally involved in this issue. She is in the daily prayers of this writer, and in the prayers of many who have visited this page. We encourage daily all who see this page to pray for the Fletchers and this situation. In the video, Martha said she wanted to talk about some things that she described as really important for the sisters and brothers in Christ. We do, too. In the things she said, I found little to disagree with but a few of things that I would say are most important are conspicuously missing from her message. As it turns out, those are the issues of our greatest concern today. Some of the things mentioned by her are very important things, we agree. We would agree that rapture will happen (at some point) and we agree that many are asleep and need to be awakened. We would agree that Christians need to be focused on God and His will for their lives. We do not agree with Steve Fletchers methods for awakening people, which include: -- a constant focus on antichrist and works of evil instead of focus on Christ (as Gods word clearly instructs us). Who is being led to Jesus Christ? Anyone? -- fear mongering, including the use of false, over-dramatic, hyperbolic and unproven statements such as Obama is the President of the World!!! or Mark of the Beast is Obamacare -- insult and obvious deceit (or possible confusion about reality, for instance, who is speaking to Steve Fletcher and why is he so certain he is speaking for God in spite of many failed prophetic statements made to date) The admins and editors of this page do not believe it is scripturally sound to follow any man. Jesus Christ is Lord, and exclusively so. Thus, we do not agree that people should be Steve Fletcher followers -- if that is her implication -- but instead, that they should be Christ followers and students of Gods word. In fact, we think it is actually very harmful for anyone to listen to Steve Fletcher (and many other false prophets and false teachers today) for Bible prophecy or teaching, as he shows himself to be unqualified. Evidence shows that he simply doesnt have those gifts, at least, today. On too many occasions he has shown that he doesnt have a good grasp of the meaning of some very important scriptures and Biblical teachings, most notably, about the dangers of speaking for God or issuing commands in the name of Jesus Christ. We think its most important for people to know whether the person who claims to be speaking for God actually is. Otherwise, it is deception. Regarding Marthas recent letter, I suppose she probably gave a good generalized account of what happened with its writing and translation. Again, this page has not said she didnt write it, but we might question the level of input Mr. Fletcher had in editing and thus, in its influence on the reader. I dont think anyone associated with this page or who has commented here on her letter ever said Martha has lied. Some may question whether her discernment is such that she can recognize a false prophet or false christ and, if so, she would be able to say without bias whether or not her husband is a false prophet or false christ, according to biblical definitions. She didnt address these issues. These might include some specific questions that might be asked of her for a future video or radio interview: 1. The evidence that Steve is posing online as his wife, posting comments in her name and sending private messages in her name is too compelling to ignore. a.) Is she aware of, and in agreement with all of the things he is posting in her name or sending to people via private message? b.) Has she seen the content of those messages and authorize their content? c.) Does she actually type LOLOLOLOLOL TICK TOCK or BOOM!! in the same way he does? (We are guessing she does not.) d.) Does she agree with his condescending use of such messages? e.) Does she understand the meaning or implication of such phrases or understand his motive behind using them online? f.) Is she aware of the things her husband has said to defame others online? 2. On September 18, 2014, Steve Fletcher posted out of the blue to his Facebook users: I made an agreement with God and with my wife to stop posting news. a.) Why was that agreement made? b.) Whey has he never honored that agreement? c.) Does he often make agreements with God or with his wife that he fails to honor? d.) Why is he still posting news stories? In other words, what changed since his promise to stop posting news stories? 3. Steve Fletcher incorrectly assumed that rapture would occur on 12/12/12, the day he and an alleged 20 other witnesses saw some kind of effect described by Fletcher as a sign from God, a Sign in the Sun. After rapture did not occur, he quickly repositioned his received prophetic word from God to say rapture wasnt supposed to happen then, but that it was The Sign of the Coming of The Son of Man. Other failed rapture prophecies include Purim, St. Patricks Day, June 6, 2013, Tisha bAv, 911 Hoover Dam destruction, and others. It is always the same result: Steve Fletcher claims to be speaking for God, but the spoken thing does not happen. After three failed attempts at guessing a rapture date, Harold Campings voice was silenced by God, following a stroke that ended his long-held position in radio ministry. Fletcher has had more failed attempts than Camping did and thus, many are seriously concerned about Steve Fletchers actions for this reason. He needs to repent. Now. And stop making predictions and issuing commands in the name of God. a.) Is Martha aware that for Steve to prophesy in Gods name, but for the thing to not come to pass, makes it a false prophecy and him a false prophet, according to scriptural definition? b.) Is Martha aware that her husband has made many other similar prophecies from God that also have not come to pass? c.) Today, does Martha believe that her husband is a biblical prophet and speaking for Jesus Christ? d.) Has there ever been a time when Martha has wondered or questioned whether her husband was actually hearing from God or whether he might not be a true prophet? e.) If Martha was to determine that her husband is a false prophet, according to scriptural definition, is she in a position to confront him with such a statement? f.) Has she ever confronted her husband with any such statement or indicated to him that she doubts whether he is a true prophet or not? g.) Does she understand what scripture says about false prophets, how to identify them, and that they are recipients of deceiving spirits and at risk before God? h.) Does she have any specific concerns she would share regarding her husbands claims to be a prophet of God? i.) Is she, or is he, involved or have they ever been involved with Mayan sun worship or numerology or other methods of divination, witchcraft, involvement with witch doctors, etc., as thse things are reported as being common in the area in which they live? j.) Is she aware that the date of the sign in the Sun on 12/12/2012 occured on the date long-anticipated by Mayan sun worshipers in the Yucatan and elsewhere and that many, not just the Fletcher family, were witness to the same event her husband claims as my sign from God? k.) Is she aware that the date 12/12/12 was a date long-anticipated as a time that demonic portals would be opened up to receptive people and that many thousands were in anticipation of supernatural/spiritual happenings related to Mayan sun worship on that day? l.) Would Martha say it is possible that her husband may have been demonically deceived about his Sign in the Sun and about being called by God to share his prophecies with the world, if the prophetic words from God that he has spoken/written have failed to be fulfilled in the time period he said they would be fulfilled? 4. Are there any other specific concerns Martha has about her husbands online propheteering or is she comfortable with everything he is doing in that regard? a.) Does she have any concerns that her husband is considered by many, many knowledgeable Christians to be a false prophet and false christ, claiming to speak by the authority of God but showing no validation for his prophecies? b.) Is she actually aware of the number of false claims, false prophecies and slanderous remarks her husband has made online in the past two years? c.) Is she aware of any time when her husband, Steve Fletcher, has questioned or doubted whether he may be a false prophet? 5. Does she see any reason why God would have had Steve abandon an existing ministry he has referred to as being valid and effective in order to pursue a calling that has proven him to be a false prophet? a.) What is the reason Steve was asked to separate from his former ministry organization? b.) Was Martha in agreement with that decision, one that would financially affect their family in adverse ways? c.) Why have no former associates of Steve come forward to defend his current prophet of God ministry? d.) Why have Steves brother (and others) posted or written privately to this page to say specifically they do not agree that Steve is a anointed prophet of God? (as Steve claims to be) and to say he has left a former valid ministry in error, to chase a life of false prophecy, pretense or confusion? e.) Does she know of any of his former associates who will stand publicly to say on this page that Steve Fletcher is an anointed prophet of God? 6. Does she understand what scripture defines as a false christ, and is her husband a false christ? a.) Her husband has issued commands to the world -- TO ALL PASTORS, MINISTERS AND ALL CHURCHES -- to immediately STOP ALL PROGRAMS. b.) Does she believe that sounds like a command God would make? Does she agree that all churches should immediately stop ALL of their programs and follow the advice and teachings of her husband? c.) Does she recognize that such a command in the name of God is essentially the same as what the Roman Catholic Pope does? d.) Does she think her husband is on par with the Pope? e.) Does she agree that such action, whether by the Pope or her husband, is biblical, and is there a scripture she can provide that proves it is? 7. Miscellaneous questions for Martha a.) Is it possible that Martha is deceived about her husbands role as a prophet of God or one of the two end time witnesses as he has claimed to be? b.) Are there any concerns about the mental health of her husband, who has recently stated that he spends a lot of time bawling his eyes out? c.) Does she see displayed on a regular basis the evidence of fruit of the Spirit in her husband? These are: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance d.) Does she have another other specific questions or concerns she would be willing to address either in public or in private? e.) The recently released video with family members telling of their witnessed Sign in the Sun on 12/12/12 included two young people who gave their testimonies to that event. Are they willing today to make a video to state their current position on what they think they may have seen, after two years worth of failed rapture and disaster prophecies by Steve Fletcher? There may be other questions, but these are among those that would be good to ask in an interview. Maybe it is possible for an online radio interview to be scheduled where Steve and Martha could be interviewed by a third party to ask some of these questions or similar ones? Just some ideas for consideration. Were interested in knowing the truth about Steve Fletcher. Hopefully others are, too. Hopefully Martha will see this post. She seems to this observer to be a kind and gracious woman, supportive of her husband, dedicated to her family and desiring to doing Gods will. Video message from Martha: vimeo/114080498
