REGARDING TITHES: Obey GOD - not men. Tithes is a commandment from GOD - and what is the purpose of tithes? what is Gods motive for this act?? Which storehouse should Tithes be deposited and what should be done with it?? And do not neglect the Levites living in your towns, for they have no allotment or inheritance of their own. At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes of that year’s produce and store it in your towns, so that the LEVITES (who have no allotment or inheritance of their own) and the FOREIGNERS, the FATHERLESS and the WIDOWS who live in your towns may come and Eat and be Satisfied, and so that the LORD your GOD may Bless You in All the Work of your hands. Therefore send your tithes to Gods store houses where it shall reach true Levites working for GOD (missionaries, evangelist, pastors, preachers), and Strangers and Foreigners who need help, the Fatherless & Motherless, and the Widows - so that they may have provision, so that the LORD will bless you. The tithe is not to be a personal profit to ministries or ministers, it is for provision to those that need provision: food cloths and shelter for strangers, orphans, widows, and others in need. Also send your tithes to support true Levites doing real mission work for Gods Kingdom in villages, street corners, and rejected places of the earth: try not to send it to those who are full of pride - building personal empires for themselves in the name of GOD. I personally do not think it is right that any man of God should live in luxury and fly in private jets while some members of his own church are living in hunger and lack and want: Pay your tithes with wisdom for the love of GODs Word and not because of the persuasion of men or to impress your neighbor.
