RELOCATE YOUR HEAD OFFICE FROM EDO STATE TO URHOBO LAND -Comrade (Engr. ) Pender Agwarive tells NPDC The Chairman of HOSTCOM Ughelli North chapter, Comrade (Engr. ) Pender Agwarive during the weekend reiterated the demand of Urhobo HOSTCOM by calling on NPDC to relocate its Contract Department of OMLs 26, 30, 34, and 65 from Edo State to Delta State particularly Urhobo land. Comrade Pender while addressing group of persons in Owevwe community, stated that the demand by the Urhobo HOSTCOM is in accordance with the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry Content Development Act, 2010 section 25, 26, and 27 which make it mandatory for oil companies operating in a particular area to have their Head Office in that locality.
