REMINDER: VOTER REGISTRATION On Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th February the I E C will be opening voter registration stations to enable citizens to register for the General Election which will be held either late April or early May. If you have moved in the last 3 years you will need to reregister; if gran has moved in with you she also needs to reregister & of course if you son or daughter has just turned 18 they certainly will need to register for their first election. The process of checking & registration is quick & easy: all that is required is to present oneself at the registration station nearest to ones home along with a bar coded ID book.
