REPOST * Destiny * She was a happy-go-lucky girl. He always cursed his destiny for his mistakes. She belonged to a rich background with her all time ready Audi X6. Son of an ordinary bank clerk easily got tensed when his bicycle tyre got punchured. She was having a huge circle of her gossip queens. Even the books werent his friends. She used to party hard with her hotpants on. He used to stuck his sight to the ground whenever felt a female nearby. She was called the chatterbox of the school. His existence was hardly noticed. *BUT* One fine day, Cupid played its stupid game. While playing truth and dare she was asked to kiss that last bench boy. Getting up from the chair, the daring girl felt a little nervous. Slowly stepping towards her goal , passing through the canteen area, she reached him. Lifted his chin up and gave a quick peck on his cheeks. * Sorry. That was a dare! * Her words made him mesmerised. She was attracted to those innocent eyes. He wanted the time to stop. She didnt want to leave his chin. The ceased moment was disturbed by the hootings and she went winking at him. His night passed flipping on the carpet. Even the comfortable bed didnt let her close her eyes for a fraction of second. She was fighting with thoughts. He was smiling at himself. For the first time he started living. For the first time she started noticing. She was having feelings for him. He was having day dreams of them dancing as a couple. She started imagining his hero in the novels. He wanted her to be his queen. They didnt know what it was. Or may be they didnt want to name those jittering feelings. She wanted him. He wanted her. She had always read a boy proposing a girl. He always thought how can he take the initials. Being angry, she thought to talk to him. Being polite, he thought to ask her out. She saw him at the canteen counter. He saw her coming towards her. Stark nervousness ceased them. But the steps didnt stop. The moment she opened her mouth to blur out the frustation, she heard, * I Love You. And thats not a dare.
