But in the Lady Gaga video for the song Telephone (2010), these two worlds collide.At about the 2:15 mark in the video linked below, Lady Gaga is in jail and can be seen wearing a studded and spiked leather jacket. If you watch closely as she crosses the holding cell,y oull see the logos/names of D-beat legends Doom, Japanese hardcore band GISM, and UK anarcho-punk band Icons Of Filth. Sowhats the deal? Were not sure if he was responsible for the jacket, but it just so happens that the director of the video was Jonas Akerlund, original drummer of Swedish black metal band Bathory. Akerlund has come from the depths of the Swedish extreme music underground to working with other mainstream acts such as Madonna, U2, Metallica, Britney Spears and more.
