RIP to my papa who sadly passed away yesterday morning with an incredible amount of dignity having lost his battle with cancer. Papa reached 88 years of age, fought for his country in the Second World War and by all accounts was an excellent brickie before he went and when he returned from war. He was also a big QOS fan and albeit he didnt get along much in recent years he dragged me all over the country watching them as a youngster. My brother and I took him to the Aberdeen semi final in 2008 and Ive never seen someone smile as much as he did when queens won. Papa was a grafter in life who lived for his family and I was blessed to be able to call him papa. Sleep tight pops (apologies about my shirt)
