ROAD SAFETY BODY WANTS PEOPLE WHO CAUSE ROAD DEATHS TO PAY President of the Barbados Road Safety Association Charmaine Roland-Bowen says 14 fatalities on the road for the year is cause for concern. She says there is a critical need for an improved response from the justice system, so that those responsible are held accountable. Ms. Roland-Bowen says her association is also looking to have the speed limit reduced in certain circumstances.
