ROCK HALL: Stevie Ray Wins Fan Ballot Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble won the online fan ballot for the next Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class of 2015. They grabbed 30 percent of the vote -- more than 18 million votes -- and are followed by Nine Inch Nails with 22 percent, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts with 15 percent, Bill Withers with 6.5 percent and The Paul Butterfield Blues Band with 6.25 percent. Those five acts will be included on the fan ballot thats added to this years voting pool. The previous two winners of the fan vote -- KISS and Rush -- both made it into the Rock Hall the years they led the poll. The list of inductees for the next Rock Hall class is expected out within the next week. The 30th annual induction ceremony will take place on April 18th at Clevelands Public Hall.
