ROCKIES POST OF PRAISE.. Thanks for the prayers .. Not long after I posted, got the phone call Ive been waiting on. The physician that originally diagnosed Chasity w/Dystonia..was no longer at Cleveland Clinic ..the trip was a success, but after we got home Chasity was doing things differently the new Dr didnt know what to do & ..noone seemed to know where the former doc was.. After the 7 yr in the makingtrip to Cleveland .. Well, I found out he was literally right down the road from us here in Columbus .. I called I couldnt get in..had to go through a lot of channels .. The doc in Cleveland wrote a letter of referrral..gladly..LOL see..Chasity is one in a million and not too many drs will touch her. Still nothing ..I called again this morning ..& was told they couldnt tell me anything because of HIPPO LAWS cause Chasity is 18 years old.. I said..WHAT?! LADY..your not her guardian . Youre her mother..she has to call herself..so forth so on ROCKIE..as much as that would be nice, theres no possible way thats going to happen!..maam she is a quad. & cant speak... Finally she put me through and told me she didnt know..but I left a message anyway .. This visit is very important ..he was/is the only doc we know that can help her..the Dystonia has been flaring up..trach issue..arching backwards again.. In a few mins of my request ..the phone call came .. Tuesday, August 12@2:15..is her appt..I dont have to wait 3-6 mths for this specialist ..I didnt have to explain why she needed to be seen either ..THAT FAST!! AINT GOD GOOD!! Still need some more prayers answered ..but Gods Time! Thanks & love sent Rockie Lynn
