ROMANS 5:2 says, rejoice in our sufferings... I know its easy and natural to rejoice in good times. But to rejoice in bad times? Thats insane. Last December 2014 in my last year confession with my councilor. I spoke on Empowered Hope. I talked about my tragic and painful past- how I separate with My Family. How My X treat me a punching bag. How I become a young single mother. How My Dad hates me actualy until today. How I separate with my daughter which is supposed to be me and the family reunited. Yet, I was smiling while telling all about it. I even thanked God for the things that happened to me because they made me who I am today. And yes, because all of them were over! Finished! And thats exactly what happens to our sufferings. They will soon be over. And when you tell people about it with pride. Youll even narrate them laughing! Now where are the problems you had 10 years ago?? Many of us worried about 10 years ago are over. Finished. Done. Solved. Conquered. We went through it all. Now, we became Victorious. Why? Because God has a plan to bless us. And if were still going through sufferings today, then I can tell this: God isnt finished with us yet. God saw us through during those most trying times. If God cared for us in the past why would He stop caring us now?? Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He loved us first. He will loved us forever. We have hope. We have God. We can REJOICE and JUMP for JOY. Have a Happy and hopeful and blessed year My fellow Christians in the name of Jesus Christ.
