RSN Singh analyses Implications of China-PAK Economic Corridor The visit of India’s Defence Minister, Shri AK Antony’s to China in the first week of July saw the host nation vitiate the atmospherics through uncalled for actions by some of its leaders. The calibrated diplomatic assault began right at the outset of his visit by the Executive Vice-President and Secretary General of China – Strategic Culture Association, Maj Gen Luo Yuan, who warned India against provoking new trouble along the Indo-China border.
