RUNNING WITH HORSES! Jeremiah 12:5-6 If you have run with footmen and they have tired you out, Then how can you compete with horses? If you fall down in a land of peace, How will you do in the thicket of the Jordan? For even your brothers and the household of your father, Even they have dealt treacherously with you, Even they have cried aloud after you. Do not believe them, although they may say nice things to you.” What is happening in your life right now? Are there areas that seem overwhelming? Most of us have been in a place that is listed above where people have sugar coated lips with ill intentions in their hearts. What could be worse? Lots! What about having to risk our very lives for the sake of the Gospel. If we cannot run with the footmen, with those who lie about us, misuse us and take advantage of us. Do you have a family member, co-worker or situation that seems to be getting the better of you? If we are having a hard time dealing with these, do we really think we would be ready to give our very lives for the sake of the Gospel? How are we going to run with the horses. We are going to run with horses by living in tune with our God and in the Power of the Holy Spirit! ~Life On Purpose
