RUTO PROMISES GOODIES TO THE CATTLE RUSTLING PRONE BARINGO SOUTH By #BCNCorrespondent A delegation from Baringo South constituency have today held a meeting with Deputy President William Rutto over the state of insecurity in the region. Sources privy to Baringo County News indicate that the DP has promised to take an immediate action to tame cattle rustling that has terrorized the locals. He further added that schools are to be re-opened, promised food and other humanitarian support, deployment of DO and extra security vehicle, Tittle deed issuance promised among others. Another goodie coming from the DP is that a technical training institute to be constructed in Mochongoi at cost of 50 million. Karandi Marigat road to begin construction in September this year.
