This is from the 1963 movie Dil Ek Mandir; which as some of the movies of Rajendra Kumar (eg Sangam) had a love triangle between him, Meena Kumari and Raaj Kumar. He and Meena Kumari were one time lovers. Then she married Raaj Kumar. He, Raaj Kumar is almost terminally ill and admitted in a hospital for operation wherein Rajendra Kumar is his doctor. Raaj Kumar discovers his wifes erstwhile love affair with Rajendra Kumar. But, she insists she is now fully devoted to Raaj Kumar. On the night before the operation she dresses up in her bridal suit and tries to drive away all suspucions about her from Raaj Kumars mind. No one could have done better justice to the song than Shailendra, Shankar Jaikishan and Lata Mangeshkar.
