Radio Coteau Savoy Vineyard Anderson Valley 2009 Chardonnay (SRP $45): Baked apple, pear tartlet, citrus zest, and a touch of orange-marmalade framed by well-integrated, sweet toasty oak. Round and slightly rich in the mouth with good depth of flavor, nice, understated acidity, and a lasting, spice accented finish. This is the type of Chardonnay I would serve at cellar temperature and throw at a nice slab of fatty fish or pasta dish with rich cream sauce. Approximately 362 cases of this wine were produced.
