Rains are beautiful only till the time you have a comfortable shelter in your home. But its is not the same for everyone. I a very sad update, the recent Patna rains have destroyed the homes of the slum dwellers in the by pass zero mile area. People have lost their food, clothes and valuable to this flood like situation. The affected people majorly comprise of women and small children. The good policemen of bypass thana, though have provided temporary shelter to these sufferers, but due to lack of resources, the conditions are deteriorating. This is an request to all of you who are reading this to please come forward and help these people who genuinely need our help. We request you to kindly donate the following items: 1) old clothes 2) Dry food items, such as biscuits, bread, dry chuda, rice etc 3) old but wearable dry clothes 4) plastic shed for relief from rains These can be donated at By Pass Thana located at the Zero Mile or Radio Mirchi office, 4th Floor, Times of India Building, Frazer Road Patna. Come let us mean something to someone.
