Rajiv kala mandir organizes its all Goa ghumat aarti competition! There are only 6 sub centers but if we want a saparate center for pernem then we need to show participation. The sad thing is that we dont know how many active groups are there in pernem and how many of them are just mushrooms. If we can have around 10 groups from the taluka then there will be a saparate section for pernem. Think about it! Lets show the power of pednekars.
