Random question: anybody have a slow cooker theyre not using? I want to test a bunch of recipes in one. I used to be super anti slow cooker, but I realize its an easy way to make satisfying meals for many. The issue is finding recipes that arent 50s housewife and mega simple to execute. But dont suck. I have a few in my arsenal but need to test many more. I want to make cooking EASY for people, but I dont want the food to suck. Once you realize you CAN make good food in as little steps as possible, youre motivated to make more. Remove the million steps and make it delicious, and theres motivation to forgo take-out and make a meal. This is what I wish for the whole world. To cook food from scratch thats easy and doesnt suck. Food thats good for you. Food that makes your family happy. Food that keeps you healthy. That said, if you have a slow cooker youre not using or want to let me borrow for a while, that would be lovely. :)
