Random thought, someone once told me they ask this one person if they can teach her how to bead, make moccasins, n make burden baskets. The person she asked was a native from home. And her answer was shocking. That native lady told that girl, who wanted to learn, you have to pay me to show u how to do these things. Like, WTF! There is this young girl wanting to learn something that maybe her parents or grandparents never taught her. Shes willing to learn also. If someone wanted to learn I would not charge at all! I would show them in a heartbeat! You dont need to pay for learning your own culture! Shame on that selfish native lady!
