Random thought (with Kymberlee - our conversations are so weird :D ) - In talking about death it occurred to me that the concept of death conflicts deeply with one of the most deeply etched concepts: object permanence. From peek-a-boo to separation anxiety then to death. Kind of trippy when you stop to reflect on how that works. No wonder it sends folks for a loop, right? It seems to me that this is an important component. Tagging Vickie in this too because its been threaded in our conversations recently too. *hugs* Also tagging Gwendolyn and Katherine because this relates to the books weve been reading - Ill talk to you both about it more later when Im off the phone. :D
