Rant: So Im watching a documentary on milk and weather or not its healthy. It shows how unsanitary milking cows used to be (by hand in a wooden pail) and how much more sanitary it is now, done by machines...... and yet it is processed (ultra-pasteurized) so much that it takes all of the enzymes, probiotics and most of the nutrients, and leaves the fat and what ever chemicals they use to kill the bacteria even though its much more sanitary, Bahahahaha. I love the guy who says, its great for you, I have a glass of milk with every meal....... and youre fat ha ha ha not crazy fat, but a nice pot belly going on. (Then again he was a dairy farmer so of course he would say that lol)
