Rant alert: It baffles me the amount of posts I see about such crap as herbalife, juice plus etc that people are turning to instead of trying a healthier diet and a little exercise. This is not a healthy option! You may well loose didgets off the scales but you are not giving your body what it NEEDS. (For starters look at the majority of sales reps).They have no interest or normally knowledge about nutrition you are simply a didget on what is essentially a pyramid scheme. You know what it is bugging me that much I think I will knock up a quick, simple and easy to follow diet COMPLETELY FREE! message for more information :)
