Rao blames Uhuru for the quick ending of 2014. He claims the govt has planned to jump the country to 2015 later today while a lot remain to be done. Quoting corruption, insecurity and the newly passed draconian laws as more urgent, the former PM said 2015 is not a priority for kenyans.
