Rapid Media is an established paddlesports media company with four paddling magazines, an annual paddling buyer’s guide, an even newer monthly digital paddling magazine, an international paddling film festival and a whole bunch of online media properties. We are based in the beautiful Ottawa Valley, Palmer Rapids to be specific. Our office in on the bank of the Madawaska River, five minutes from class II-III+ rapids, less than an hour from the mighty Ottawa River, and between Algonquin Park and Calabogie Peaks ski resort. We paddle regularly and swim from the dock at lunchtime. To work at Rapid Media, you must be willing to live here or travel here during the week, at least until we get to know each other and are comfortable with alternative arrangements. We are a small team in a small paddling town so we’re most interested in finding the right people with the right personality fit. Then of course we need people with the right aptitude, vision and enthusiasm.
