Rarely do I want to write an ex-employee a testimonial, despite being an employer for 2 decades (this is because I hate lying). In this special case, I find myself compelled to write one (and not out of request) for this young man that I chance to hire last year. ------------Testimonial begins below this line: ------------ To all future employers of Kevin Tey, Dear sir/madam, Please DO NOT hire this person: 1. if you dont plan to make him a boss someday 2. if your company does not have much to get done 3. if you are not a perfectionist (because he surely is) 4. if you cannot multitask well (because he will out-task you) 5. if your company has not much to teach (because he learns too fast) 6. if you dont plan to make him a team-leader 7. if you love repeating instructions 8. if you love your instructions NOT to be followed to a tee 9. if your company doesnt have the Yeah, its Sunday, lets work! zest 10. LASTLY, because after his post-graduate studies, I WANT HIM BACK at our company! Yours sincerely, Andrew Boey Director of Academy Nikonian Academy ------------Testimonial ends here ------------
