Rastafari United Front and the Alternative Society We Want! The Chairmans View! As the National Chairman of the Rastafari United Front and also a National Executive Chairman,the Constitution of the R.U.F grant Executive Prerogative to the National Chairman. It is within that organizational prerogative that I seek to make this statement and express this vision.Being well aware that any Leader must come with his vision and his own style of Leadership that is well suited to the conditions he operates in. When it comes to Rastafari Leadership is not the same as Leadership in any Society.Rastafari is a Highly Complex Society and full of contradictions while on the other hand talking left and walking right.Rastafari is not a Religion yet the Rastafari use a Religious book to rationalize themselves,this is but one of the many established officially denied contradictions. R.U.F seeks,under this Leadership,to model our organization according to the kind of society we wish to build in Rastafari. In South Afrika,the Colonial and Apartheid System classified South Afrikan Citizens in four categories:Afrikans,Coloured,Whites and Indians. In South Afrikan Rastafari Community the same Apartheid Spatial Arrangements are there,we have Rastafari who come from all this catergorization. The R.U.F is not a Mansion but a United Front of Rastafari which is for all who are Rastafari across all different human differentiation. Our Constitution and Our Scope guarantee individual and collective place in the Rastafari United Front. The R.U.F is the Rastafari Broad Movement which cannot afford to define itself in Nationalistic,Ethnic or Sectarian Definition and Operations because His Majesty Hayle Sellasse I on the State Level and National Level that the R.U.F is operating on,exhort us to become members of the New Race and we are of the opinion that that New Race is the Rastafari,meaning in South Afrikan Context,all the South Afrikan Rastafari of all South Afrikan Classification.
