Rather annoyed with the State of NJ Dept. of Treasury right now. It turns out that since Cherry Hill BOE stopped contributing to my pension fund two years ago (when I retired), it was up to me to claim my pension or roll it over into a new IRA. (I did set up a new IRA, with the same organization, but the rollover didnt happen and nobody said anything.) So on Saturday the 12th of October I got a letter from the DOT informing me that my account expires on the 30th of September. The letter is dated July 12th... but I only just got it! I called my rep. at Lincoln Investments; shell see what she can do. I really hope these clowns dont take my money; it took years to save that up!
